Crepe paper tulip - Many colors to choose from

Crepe paper tulip.

Each tulip is on a wire stem wrapped in green floral tape and accented with 3 or 4 leaves. Please let me know if you prefer light green leaves or dark otherwise they are made with the dark green. They are great to brighten up a nursery or home. These can be used for bouquets or wedding decorations.
